Best view in Bethany Beach - east end of Garfield Parkway. In season, bring quarters (or walk).  In season, you can't beat lunch or dinner on the outdoor, second level open air "porch".  And in the cold of the early winter (be sure to check for dates open off season) nothing better than sitting inside at the window and watching the waves.
