Ah, good question.  This is not a website of review, it is a website of recommendation.  So often friends and family who visit the "Quiet Resorts" ask for suggestions (or I provide them unsolicited); I decided to organize things a bit.

Different from a site or a guide book that offers reviews of all restaurants (or whatever category) in an area, I am providing my recommendations.  So if I don't like it, I don't recommend it, and it's not here.  Doesn't mean if its not here it's not good, just that I haven't been there yet or I personally don't like it.  And if you know me, I have a fairly unique set of tastes, especially for food.
